1. Using Kruti

Kruti is a browser-based design editor provided by RV Anveshana LLP. These terms apply to your use of the service. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service. You may create personal and commercial designs, subject to these terms and the rights of others.

2. Your Content and Permissions

You retain any rights you hold in the text, photographs, drawings and other content you bring to Kruti. We do not claim ownership of that content merely because you edit it here.

You are responsible for having permission to use, modify, embed and distribute imported content and font files. A font or photo being available online does not mean every use is permitted. Font licences may distinguish image output from embedding the actual font in an editable .kruti file. Check the relevant licences before sharing or using a design commercially.

Do not use Kruti to violate applicable law, infringe copyright or trademarks, violate privacy or publicity rights, distribute malicious files, or interfere with the service or other users.

3. Generated Backgrounds and Outputs

Kruti does not charge a royalty for using its generated backgrounds in your personal or commercial designs. This permission does not transfer ownership of Kruti's software, branding or third-party materials, and does not override licences on assets you include.

Procedural generation uses seeds and mathematical rules. We do not guarantee worldwide uniqueness, exclusive rights, copyright protection, trademark clearance, or suitability for a particular purpose. Similar outputs are possible. Review your final design and obtain any permissions your use requires.

Random mode selects a concrete background family when a background is generated. Saved posts store the resulting artwork; opening or exporting a saved post does not intentionally reroll it.

4. Local Storage and Backups

Autosave and the saved-design library use browser storage, not an account-based cloud backup. Data may be lost if you clear site data, change browsers or devices, use private browsing, run out of storage, or if the browser evicts data. We cannot recover designs stored only on your device.

Keep separate .kruti backups of important work. Downloaded and shared editable files can include embedded photos and font files. You are responsible for checking what you share and keeping backups secure. Resetting remembered editor defaults does not delete or replace the current post.

5. Availability and Technical Limits

Kruti is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free rendering, permanent storage or compatibility with every browser or device. Graphics support, memory, font availability and native sharing capabilities vary. Review exports before publication or printing.

We may update, limit or discontinue features. New versions may change file support or rendering behavior. Retain exported images as well as editable files when exact long-term appearance matters.

6. External Services and Privacy

Some fonts and linked resources are provided by third parties under their own terms. Network access may be required for these resources. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe local storage, external requests and your choices. Acknowledging the storage notice is not consent to advertising or analytics tracking.

7. Liability and Statutory Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RV Anveshana LLP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of locally stored work arising from use of, or inability to use, Kruti. You remain responsible for reviewing output, lawful use and maintaining backups.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes consumer rights, mandatory warranties or other protections available to you under applicable law.

8. Changes and Contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date above. Revisions do not remove rights already granted in your content or permissions already granted for downloaded backgrounds. Where law requires additional notice or agreement, we will follow that requirement.
