Who We Are

Kruti is a browser-based design editor provided by RV Anveshana LLP ("we", "us"). This policy describes how information is handled when you use Kruti. The editor does not require an account or payment details.

Your Designs and Imported Files

Background generation, editing and image export run in your browser. Text, photos, drawings and uploaded font files are not automatically uploaded to us by the editor. IndexedDB stores one recoverable working draft, projects you explicitly save, and shared Brand Assets and kits, including uploaded images and fonts. Autosave does not automatically add project-history entries.

Downloading a .kruti file creates a local editable copy that can contain your text, photos and font files. An exported image contains the rendered design. Sharing or sending either file makes that information available to the recipient or service you choose; their policies apply.

Preferences and Browser Storage

Local storage remembers your light or dark theme and selected editor defaults: background family or Random mode, canvas size, background parameters, reusable font family, up to five recently applied font identifiers, color-lock and randomize-settings choices, and export format and scale. Palette colors are remembered when you explicitly lock colors. Editor preferences do not contain your post text or uploaded files.

A cookie remembers acknowledgement of the storage notice. See the Cookie Policy for storage names, retention and clearing instructions.

If you enter a personal phrase collection, those phrases are stored separately in local storage in this browser. They are not automatically uploaded or synchronized. Clear My phrases in the text controls to remove the collection. Saved sticker creations use the same local IndexedDB library as other designs.

External Requests

On supported browsers, Browse device fonts requests local font-access permission only when you choose that action. Kruti reads font names and styles, not their file bytes. The discovered list stays in memory for the browser session and is not uploaded or saved to browser storage. A design can retain the selected device font name/reference, but does not embed that font file. Denying permission leaves the other font choices available; another device may use a fallback.

Loading the website sends normal connection information, such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information, to our hosting and delivery providers. They may process technical logs to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose problems. Browser-based editing does not mean that visiting the site makes no network requests.

Some page fonts and built-in editor fonts are requested from Google Fonts. These requests disclose connection information to Google; editor font requests include the font family and weight, not your design text or uploaded files. Device fonts and fonts you upload do not require the editor's Google Fonts loader. See Google Fonts privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy.

Brand Assets accepts local files and direct HTTPS font file URLs from lipi.rvanveshana.com only. Choosing a Lipi URL import sends a download request and normal connection information to Lipi, without credentials or a Referer header. Your design text and assets are not sent with that request. The downloaded font is validated and stored locally like an upload; projects embed independent copies when used. Removing a shared asset or brand kit does not remove copies already embedded in projects. Following the Lipi font-discovery link opens that external platform, whose policies apply.

The current application does not include analytics or advertising tracking scripts. External links and services you open are governed by their own policies.

Messages You Send Us

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to respond, provide support, and address security or legal issues. Avoid sending sensitive information or design files unless needed. Our email provider also processes that correspondence.

Retention, Deletion and Your Choices

Locally stored designs and preferences have no automatic expiry set by Kruti. They remain until replaced, deleted or cleared, or until the browser removes them. Local storage is not cloud backup or account synchronization. Other users of the same browser profile may be able to access it.

You can delete saved projects, shared assets or brand kits in the editor. Discarding a draft does not delete its last explicitly saved project version. To remove all site data, use your browser's site-data controls; this also removes local projects, drafts and Brand Assets. Download .kruti backups and keep original asset files first. Clearing site data does not delete exported files, files already shared, or messages sent to us.

For information we receive directly, contact us about access, correction or deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. We cannot recover or remotely delete designs stored only in your browser. Support correspondence and provider logs may be retained as needed for their purpose, security or legal obligations; there is no single fixed retention period for all such records.

Security and Changes

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Keep your device and browser protected and maintain separate backups. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date above. New practices that require consent will not be authorized merely by this notice.
